At Microsoft, I led the visual design for our Premier Services department.  Our customers were generally Fortune 500 companies who required a holistic overview of the health and well-being of their IT infrastructure. The solution that emerged was a Dashboard which monitored our customer’s servers and leveraged Microsoft services that combined data and resources to seek out and identify issues pertaining to their IT infrastructure. This product provided IT Professionals with solutions, insight, and support for solving those issues.
